Bricktopia World 2027 is set to expand!

Who would have thought that back in 2025? Bricktopia World was intended to be a one-off event, organised specifically to mark Dutchbricks’ 10th anniversary.

Following all the enthusiastic responses and the many requests for a follow-up event, we as an association decided to return to the MECC Maastricht in 2027.

Based on the experience we gained in 2025 and feedback from participants and visitors, we are moving within the MECC from the Expo Foyer to the North Hall. This has enabled us to refine our plans and expand the space from approximately 3,500 m² to 5,000 m². We felt this was a significant step forward and thought it would provide us with sufficient space for the time being.

The reality, however, is quite different. Interest in Bricktopia World 2027 is greater than we had anticipated. We have already received a huge number of excellent applications from potential participants, both from within the country and abroad. As a result, we have decided to take the next step now:

WE’RE EXPANDING TO APPROXIMATELY 6,750 M²!

That is almost twice as much space as at the first edition of Bricktopia World in 2025. Among other things, this expansion will enable us to welcome even more exhibitors showcasing stunning and impressive LEGO® creations, to have a larger Kids Zone, and to provide a more spacious catering area with more seating.
